Huawei MatePad Pro-China launches
Chinese tech giant Huawei has launched the MatePad Pro flagship tablet in its nation of origin.
The MatePad Pro, highlighting a punch-hole configuration, accompanies M-Pen stylus and multi-screen cooperation support. It offers 40W fast charging innovation, wireless charging backing, and top-level internals include a Kirin 990 processor.
Unfortunately, The MatePad Pro doesn't come with Google's app suite, due to the trade war between China and the US.
Huawei MatePad Pro: Design and display
Huawei MatePad Pro highlights a rectangular design with a small display cut-out at the upper right corner and proportional bezels surrounding the screen, it gets a 90% screen-to-body ratio.
It comes with a 10.8-inch AMOLED screen with a QHD (2560x1600 pixels) resolution and a 16:10 aspect ratio.
For audio, it additionally has four stereo speakers and supports M-Pen stylus.
Huawei MatePad Pro packs with a single primary camera
In the camera department, the Huawei MatePad Pro sports a solitary single 13MP (f/1.8) primary sensor with an LED flashlight. The principle camera features like HDR, panorama, and supports 4K video recording @30fps.
On the front, it has an 8MP (f/2.0) selfie snapper.
Huawei MatePad Pro offers a top-level internals
Under the hood, the Huawei MatePad Pro is controlled by a flagship Kirin 990 octa-center processor, matched with up to 8GB RAM and up to 256GB of capacity.
Inside, it runs Android 10-based EMUI 10 out-of-the-box and packs a 7,250mAh battery with 40W wired and 15W wireless fast-charging innovation.
For connectivity, the tablet supports all connectivity options including dual nano-SIM, VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and Type-C port.
Huawei MatePad Pro: Pricing and sale
In China, the Huawei MatePad Pro starts CNY 3,299 for the entry-level Wi-Fi-only variation with 6GB/128GB setup and goes up to CNY 4,499 for the 8GB/256GB LTE model.
The tablet will be available to all in China starting December 12. But, as of now, there is no official information about the availability outside Chinese markets.
