Vivo X30 Pro and X30 official launches
Chinese tech giant Vivo has launched the X30 Pro and X30 in China.
The key features of both smartphones are practically indistinguishable from one another offers a punch-hole display, gradient design, 64MP primary camera and Samsung-sourced Exynos 980 processor with 5G connectivity.
In the meantime, the X30 Pro model comes with an extra periscope zoom lens to legitimize its "Pro moniker".
Vivo X30 Pro and X30: Design and display
Vivo X30 Pro and X30 both models include an edge-to-edge screen with a small punch-design at the upper right corner. On the backside, the Pro model offers a quad-camera unit, while the standard X30 variation sports three cameras.
As far as displays, both variants offer a 6.44-inch AMOLED screen with a Full-HD+ (1080x2400 pixels) resolution, 20:9 of aspect ratio, and for unlocking both have an under-display fingerprint sensor.
Both handsets come with a 64MP main lens
In the camera department, these two models offer a 64MP (f/1.8) main camera, 32MP (f/2.0) telephoto lens with 2x optical zoom, and an 8MP (f/2.2) ultra-wide-angle sensor.
You can find this setup is additionally joined by a dedicated 13MP (f/3.0) periscope lens which includes a 5x optical zoom on the pro model.
For the front camera, both the handsets offer a 32MP (f/2.45) selfie snapper.
Vivo X30 Pro and X30 offer a built-in 5G connectivity
The X30 Pro and X30 powered by a Samsung-sourced Exynos 980 processor that accompanies a built-in 5G modem that matched with 8GB RAM and up to 256GB storage.
Out-of-the-box the smartphones run Android Pie-based FunTouch OS 10.
Further, both models pack a 4,350mAh battery with 33W fast charging support and get all the connectivity options including dual SIM, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, and an audio jack.
